1. The policeman caught the thief. 2. Billy felf very proud of himself. 3. Policeman said that Billy did it very well, it means thaht Billy helped the police to caught the thief. Words are in inverted commans because narrator quoted policeman's words. 4. The thief was taken to the prison.
