A FAMOUS ENGLISH WOMAN Lady Diana Spence was born into an aristocratis English family 1st July 1961. Her parents, Frances and Johnie SPencer, were very rich. They lived in an enormous house, but their marriage was not happy. At Christmas 1967, Diana's mother left her father. He employed nannies to look after the children. When Diana was nine, he sent her to a boarding school. It was a sad childhood. The Queen had a house near the Spencers'. DIana first met Prince Charles, the Queen's eldest son, in the countryside near her home. She was sixteen. They were married on the 29th of July 1981 - it was a perfect, romantic wedding. Princess Diana wore a wonderful long dress of expensive silk. They loked very happy, and Diana started her new life as a royal wife. The couple had two boys, William and Hary. Diana loved her sons very much, but the marriage was not good. On the 28th of August 1996, Charles and DIana were divorced. The following year, Diana was on holiday in the Mediterranean with her new friend, Dodi Al Fayed. There were photographs of them in all the newspapers. She looked very happy, but just a few days later, she was dead. She died suddenly on the 31st of August in a car accident in Paris, and Dodi Al Fayed died with her.
