Proszę o poprawienie błędów w reklamacji. Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the English Idioms Dictionary which I ordered on 25/03/2012 at your store. I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality level of the services you provide. First of all I would like to complain about the condition of the dictionary I received. The pages were crumpled and it was partially opened. You assured that I will receive a product in a good condition. Furthermore I did not receive the dictionary which I ordered. The next thing I am entirely unhappy with is your customer support. When I called to your office I was treated rudely and in an unprofessional manner. I was told that I am the one responsible for damaging the dictionary. In regards to described circumstances, I demand an explanation and apology, as well as a replacement for the faulty dictionary or a complete cost reimbursement.
