Pomimo Twoich parokrotnych interwencji, firma nadal zwleka z wymianą go na nowy. Napisz list z zażaleniem, w którym: - podaj, kiedy dokonałeś/łaś zakupu i określ charakterystyczne cechy telewizora, - opisz, w jaki sposób do tej pory interweniowałeś/łaś w sprawie wymiany telewizora i podkreśl rozczarowanie brakiem reakcji ze strony producenta, - określ, dlaczego zależy Ci na otrzymaniu tego telewizora i przedstaw stratę, jaką ponosisz w zwiazku z jego brakiem, - zaproponuj formę rozwiązania tej sprawy i zmobilizuj firmę do jak najszybszej odpowiedzi.
