Miało to miejsce 1 maja 2004.Od tego momentu nastąpił dynamiczny rozwój krajowego transportu, wzrósł popyt na wytwarzane w Polsce towarów oraz artykułów, napływ inwestycji zagranicznych.Rozwinął się przemysł spożywczy oraz przemysł produkujący maszyny rolnicze. Poprawiło to stosunki z innymi państwami oraz łatwiejszą możliwość wyjechania za granicę w poszukiwaniu pracy.Był to krok do promocji naszego kraju cudzoziemcom. Tylko nie z translatora;/
